I don’t know about you but these past few days have been nothing but STRESSFUL:(

A couple months ago I was in the habit of meditating & journaling daily, but ofc life got busy and I fell out of routine..
I miss how relaxed, less anxious, less stressed, & more present & fulfilled I felt when doing these practices!

It’s about not living your life in “autopilot” - just going through the motions and not thinking about what is happening.
Instead by being mindful you are able to experience life as it unfolds moment by moment and go through your days with INTENTION and with a PURPOSE in mind.
